My name is Sandra Scott Dip Couns, Dip RAM. As a qualified Integrative counsellor and life coach I have over 20 years experience of working with many different people from all round the world. My approach is holistic, based on listening, understanding and working to create a therapeutic relationship that is based on trust, confidentiality and always with a view to enabling you to enter into this new phase in your life with clarity and a new confidence.

I counsel with an Integrative approach to counselling using a general Person Centered mode of working with a combination of Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Existential and Psychosynthesis approaches in accordance with the needs of each individual person. My approach is Integrative, my qualification is Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling awarded by The British Association of Psychotherapy and Counselling and my work is holistic, taking the whole person in account, working with a motivating and supportive approach to enable new horizons,
In my own words
Life can often be challenging. There are times in my life that the challenges have seemed great and almost too much to bear. There have been moments of despair and in those depths I have sometimes found that I have learnt the most about myself and my place in my life in this world of ours.
Counselling at several points in my life has helped enormously and also the strength of camaraderie and kinship whilst undertaking my counselling training has opened up a world of discovery for me. I continue to travel my path, it is a journey and there have been many great pit stops, and the path still continues! It is never too late to start the journey of understanding, sometimes painful indeed but the road for me is the story and the extraordinary people I have met on that road.
